Ingredients
8 oz beef, thinly sliced
8 cups beef broth
2 cups cooked spaghetti or egg noodles
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
Hard-boiled eggs (optional, for serving)
Hot sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions
Sear Beef
In a pot, sear thinly sliced beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
Prepare Vegetables

Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Creole or Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
Cook Noodles

Assemble Soup

Serve
