Instructions
Prepare Lemon Zest Infusion

After the infusion period, strain the lemon-infused vodka to remove lemon peels.
Prepare Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar with 1 cup of water.
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Allow it to cool.
Combine Lemon Infusion and Simple Syrup
Mix the lemon-infused vodka with the simple syrup. Stir well.
Prepare Cream Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk together whole milk and heavy cream.
Combine Cream and Lemon Mixture
Slowly pour the cream mixture into the lemon-infused vodka and syrup mixture, stirring continuously.
Bottle and Chill
Funnel the Crema di Limoncello into clean bottles.
Seal the bottles and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
