  • In a mixing bowl, prepare the dumpling dough by combining flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter, and stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling dough onto the simmering chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
  • Stir in frozen peas and corn. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the vegetables are heated through.
