Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, softened butter, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to create the garlic butter filling.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff it with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Seal the chicken breasts with toothpicks.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the chicken breasts with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, turning them halfway through.
  • Remove the toothpicks before serving.
