Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground beef (90% lean)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ cup ketchup (for topping)
Cooking spray or oil for air frying

Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
Shape the Loaf:
Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape suitable for the air fryer basket.
Air Fry
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Place the meatloaf in the basket and air fry for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Top with Ketchup
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Rest and Serve
Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
