4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
