Ingredients
4 rockfish fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Marinate Rockfish
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
